About these terms
Dhando (dhando.live, app.dhando.live and the Dhando Android app) is provided by Reverblunt Pvt Ltd, trading as Gigzman, Shop No. 70, Dwarka Expressway, Sector 104, Gurugram, Haryana 122006, India. By creating an account or using a review link you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use Dhando.
What Dhando does
Dhando gives a business a review link and QR code. A customer who opens it picks a star rating, can start from a suggested draft, edits it as they like, and posts it on Google Maps themselves.
We are not Google and Dhando is not affiliated with Google. Google decides which reviews it publishes, filters or removes, and we have no control over that.
Owner accounts
- You must be 18 or older and allowed to act for the business you link.
- Only link a business you own or manage. We may remove links to businesses that aren't yours.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give accurate details, and keep them up to date.
Fair reviews
Dhando exists to get genuine reviews from real customers. When you use it you agree not to:
- Show the link only to happy customers, or steer unhappy ones away from Google (review gating).
- Offer money, discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews or for a particular rating.
- Write, or ask anyone to write, reviews for people who weren't customers.
- Use Dhando against Google's review policies or any law on fake or misleading reviews.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
AI review drafts
Drafts are suggestions written by an AI model from the rating and topics the customer picks. They can be wrong or not fit the customer's experience. The customer decides whether to use, edit or ignore a draft, and is the author of whatever they post. Dhando never posts a review on anyone's behalf.
QR stand orders
- The Dhando app is free. The review QR code stand costs ₹300 per stand. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and are listed in our pricing and in the app.
- Payments are taken by Cashfree Payments. An order is confirmed once the payment succeeds.
- We send the stand to the business address you give us, within India, usually in 5 to 7 working days.
- Cancellations, refunds, replacements and delivery are covered by our refund and cancellation policy. Questions about an order: tarun@gigzman.com.
Acceptable use
Don't use Dhando for anything unlawful, try to access accounts or systems that aren't yours, overload or interfere with the service, scrape it, or upload content you don't have the rights to (logos and images included).
Intellectual property
Reverblunt Pvt Ltd owns Dhando's software, design and content. You keep the rights to what you upload and let us use it only to run your review link and share card. Google, Google Maps and other names belong to their owners.
Availability and liability
Dhando is provided as it is, without warranties. We work to keep it running but don't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that it will get you a particular number of reviews or rating.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using Dhando or from it being unavailable.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where we reasonably can.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
Governing law
