What this covers
The Dhando app is free, so there is nothing to refund for using it. The only thing we sell is the optional review QR code stand, at ₹300 per stand, paid online in the app through Cashfree Payments. This policy covers those orders.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel a QR stand order any time before it is dispatched and get a full refund. Message us on WhatsApp (+91 72104 99455) or email tarun@gigzman.com with your business name and payment reference.
Once a stand has been dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Damaged or wrong stands
If your stand arrives damaged, or with the wrong business or QR code on it, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo. We'll send a replacement free of charge.
How refunds are paid
- Refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI or net banking).
- A refund usually reaches your account in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
- If you were charged but the order didn't go through, or you were charged twice, write to us and we'll refund the extra payment in full.
Shipping and delivery
- We deliver QR stands anywhere in India.
- After you pay, the app asks you to send your delivery address to us on WhatsApp.
- Stands are dispatched within 2 working days of getting your address.
- Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 working days.
- If your stand hasn't arrived by then, contact us and we'll look into it.
